The first phase is called the kashaya phase in which a set of herbs is infused into water.

The second phase is called the kalka phase in which certain ingredients are simmered in organic A2 milk.

Start with your neck. Gently turn your head to one side and move the wand up and down your neck on the opposite side. Massage behind the ear with the wand too. Repeat a few times before changing sides

Massage your whole face by placing the wand on your chin and gently moving it in clockwise circles all around your face. Pause in the middle of your forehead and do a few circles before continuing with the rest of your face.

  • 3Lifting massage from chin to bottom of the ear.

Massage your temples by doing soft circles on each side.
