Shipping and Return Policy

Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or USPS. Both are "ground" services that take 3-5business days (all our products ship from our primary warehouse in Regan Wells, TX).

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors: product availability and delivery method.

  1. Products in stock ship within 48 hours.  We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible.  Products out of stock will have a longer delivery time. 
  2. The method of delivery

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days.

Free Shipping Offers

We offer free shipping for retail orders over $59 (for shipments only in the US). 

Return and Refund

We will refund your online purchase if you return the products to the address below within 30 days of the order date.  Products should be in its original packaging and should not be used or damaged.  20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
